Welcome to Explorations in Leadership for People with Lived Experience of hepatitis C

A peer-led initiative where hepatitis C community leaders modeled their skills and knowledge to inspire other community members to embark on leadership journeys.

The primary aim of the Hepatitis C Leadership Project from PAN was to create a pilot training program to strengthen leadership skills by engaging the lived experience of the hepatitis C community. The virtual training program encouraged participants to answer for themselves, “Who am I as a leader”?

This online course supports people with lived experience of hepatitis C to answer this important question for themselves. Because of the restrictions of COVID-19, the development of an online, self-paced course was a logical option to support learners in times when we couldn’t gather. The course was created by Monte Strong in collaboration with people with lived experience of hepatitis C who took the virtual training.
